Where an entry fee specifies a "non-refundable deposit", that amount will be deducted from the entry fee before issuing a credit. See the FAQ further down this page for more specific scenarios on when a credit or refund may be considered.
Gambling Policy
TenpinResults does not endorse nor promote gambling within the sporting environment. All purchases within the system are for a product, service, or game of skill where the bowlers ability is the critical factor to win or advance.
-
Online Entries only secure a bowlers right to participate in a specific event. The bowlers ability to progress and succeed at the event is determined by their own skills and the format of the event.
-
Brackets do contain an element of luck where the draw is randomly selected without the bowlers input, however the ability of the bowler to advance within the bracket is entirely dependant on their own game scores compared to their random opponent. This is no different to the practice of drawing random lane assignments
during check in.
